From my own travels to at least a hundred dealerships, the thing that annoyed me most was the attack mode of the sales people. The second thing was the buying process, where the sales person was a puppet of the hidden sales manager, being pulled away like a yo-yo with every new negotiation. I started “A Unique Experience” Auto Sales to bring a breath of fresh air to the car business. My goal at Unique was not to reinvent the wheel; the product will have to sell itself, and excellent service and prices reign. Yet, the buying process will be a new experience. YOU will be “allowed” and even encouraged to first browse the lot and survey the cars, which will be meticulously merchandised with car and warranty information. We have a front “patio” with rocking chair and fans, so come enjoy a complimentary beverage and snack while you browse our lot in the heart of College Park. My partners John and Tony, as well as myself of course, are empowered to negotiate, therefore no “show” is necessary! I am looking forward to meeting you!
